Calling All Art Community Enthusiasts!

Do you enjoy interacting with the public in a fun and artistic way? Then come volunteer at the Knoxville Museum of Art during our Family Fun Day on Saturday, February 8, 2020! We are seeking entusiastic and reliable volunteers to help with event setup and cleanup, art activities, popcorn, greeting & directing guests, handing out flyers, passing out balloons, crowd control, and helping with the flow of traffic entering and exiting the museum. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old, complete a short application, and be able to sign up for a full shift which can range from 2-5 hours. This is a great opportunity to get involved with the art community in Knoxville, and it's also a perfect way to earn your service learning credits. This particular Family Fun Day is being put on in conjuction with our new Beauford Delaney & James Baldwin exhibiton Through the Unusual Door, which officially opens on February 7, 2020. To learn more about this event, or to sign up, please contact me. I will send you a digital application to get started. Thank you for your interest and I hope to hear from you soon!
